2019 Heritage Award
I was honoured to be given a 2019 Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan Heritage Award in the "Intangible Cultural Heritage" category for my ongoing project, Letterpress Now. The project centres around my rescue and rehabilitation of printing presses and type from around the province, and the curricular investigations and experimentation that goes along with teaching this "obsolete" technology to a new generation of student artists. I share this with my colleague, Elizabeth Elich; a former undergraduate student, print studio tech, and artist assistant, who aided and encouraged this project all along the way.

How about a picture of me at Nuit Blanche Regina 2018, printing letterpress outside, in the snow, at night!
